He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Joseph, Mety Szalach, Angeline Petrus and Mary Swiecki; and his parents, Benjamin Szalach and Louise Barun Szalach.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley (Betty Szalach) and Roman (Elizabeth); and his sister-in-law Rosemary Szalach of Ft. Myers, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
