He is survived by: his wife Deborah Brower Blair; his children, Carissa Jantzi and Ben Blair III; his grandchildren, Garrett, Evan, Dom, Alex, Emma and Hailee; and his siblings, Joseph Blair, Kathy Emmo (David), Colleen Egnaczk (Joseph) and Scott Blair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
