He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Steven Berner (Michele) of Fishkill, Douglas Berner (Camille) of Bath, ME and Karen Berner of Stamford, CT; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Berner (Christine) of Brooklyn and Gina Glassman (Derek) of Tampa, FL; his great grandchild Cecelia Rose Berner; his sister Gretchen Crisafulli (John) of Westford, MA.; his mother Adelaide Matter Berner; and his wife Anne Miller. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
