Gracey (David), William Brian Matuszczak and Carl Matuszczak; his grandchildren, Nikki, Sarah, Jeremy, Jessica, Blake, Jenna, Ryan and Brianna; his daughter Sally Ann Peling; his siblings, Allen W. (Elaine), Dennis (Gail), Katherine Lamb (Robert) and Charlene Cooper (Randal); his parents-in-law, Bruce Shaw and Sue Matuszczak; and his siblings, Christine, Constance Shaw and Arthur E. Matuszczak. He is also survived by his five great grandchildren; his former wife and mother.
Donations of a covered dish to pass for the Celebration of Butch may be delivered to the Martinsburg Fire Hall, Wednesday June 8th from 9-11 am.
