She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thomas and Myra Thomas (Bennett); her husband Charles Elston; her son Craig Allen Elston; her son-in-law Eric Lawrenz; her grandson Joshua David Moore; her brother Allen LeRoy Thomas; her niece Erica Lavery; and her friend Loueva Edwards.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Elston-Moore (Joel) and Lisa Lawrenz; her grandchildren, Sara (Robert), Rachel, Jamie, Rebekah (Nathan), Amy (Jonathan), Kyle, Meghan (Braden), Hannah, Mikayla and Amanda; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Amara, Nathaniel, Joshua, Timothy, Jeffrey, Levi, Olivia, Anna, Layla, Calyssa, Caden, Isaiah, Anastasia, Oliver, Jack and Adeline; her siblings, RoyAnn Rogerson and Bruce; her sister-in-law Diane Elston; her cousin Virginia Connelly; her nephew Robert Coffman; her niece Janette Pfisterer; her pets, Duke and Bob; and her close friends, Darryl, MaeLynn Gunderman, Bob and Karen Hannon.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Olthof Funeral Home (1050 Pennsylvania Ave, Elmira, NY 14904). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
