He is survived by: his wife Debra (Conkright); his children, Colby Andrews, Cameron Andrews and Carrie Adam; his grandchildren, Blake, Destiny, Gemma Andrews, London Andrews, Madison, Skyler and Gavin Adam; and his nephew Schuyler Andrews.
