He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen W. Smith and Virginia Pitt Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Chirico Smith; his sons, Stephen M. (Lena), NJ and Michael Scott (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sienna, Sawyer, Liam and Madeline; his brother James A Smith of Ormond Beach, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Smith of Ormond Beach, FL and Gloria White of Sugar Hill, GA. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and a grandniece.
