He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tokos and Phyllis Tokos (Appleby); his father-in-law LeRoy Cook; and his brother-in-law Kevin Cook. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Tokos; his daughters, Chaya Charles (Martin) and Bianca Phillips (Artie); his grandchildren, Julian, Chloé Charles (Mike Mulligan), Mylee and Corlee Phillips; his mother-in-law Dolores Cook; his brother Joe Tokos (Kathy); and his nieces, Lorna Harp and Sarah Tokos.
