He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Brofcak and Joseph Brofcak; and his daughter Cindy Brofcak Chichelli. He is survived by: his significant other Lorraine Arrow; his children, Vicki Gueli (Sam), Amy Brofcak Hartz and Joseph Brofcak (Kellie Powell); and his siblings, Sherry Babcock (Guy), Debbie Kasmarcik (Stu) and Randy Brofcak (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
