We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 74, Patrick L. O'Brien of Long Lake, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard O'Brien and Julia O'Brien; his wife Deborah Wallace; his daughters, Paula Piraino (Jim), Michelle Donnelly (Tom) and Kelly Brown (Paul); and his grandchildren, Jazmin Roache (Dillon), Chandler and Katarina.
