He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Merlin Austin and Ethel May Parker; his former wife Evelyn R. Austin (Bump); his grandsons, Caleb Austin and Craig Austin; his great grandchild Hunter Austin; and his sister Diana Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Solange Austin (Turcotte); and his brother Gordon Austin of Long Lake, NY. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
