He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Minckler and Erma Williams Minckler. He is survived by: his children, Gerald C. Minckler, Jr. (Connie) of Long Eddy, NY, Darlene Kurtz (John) of Cochecton, NY, Diane Carpenter of Owego, NY, Deborah Arnold (Alan) of Long Eddy, NY and Denise Smestad (Erik) of Long Eddy, NY; and his brother David Minckler of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
