He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baird and Noretta M. Baird (Starkey); and his grandparents, Gib, Wilma Starkey, Fred and Carol Baird.
He is survived by: his former spouse Shelly Melton; his stepchildren, Christi, Jamie and Ben; his wife Zenaida "Ida" Azulis; his stepson Denee Abella; his sisters, Pamala Hanna (Carl), Joni Baird and Julie Walborn; his stepfather John Walborn (Pat); his stepsisters, Karen Davis and Sharon Kimball; his aunts, Marilynn Nichols and Deanie Schiff; and his cousins, Tammy King and Breck Schiff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many other cousins; and many friends.
Memorials in memory of Randy may be made to Mirror of Newton, Kansas, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
