He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Kelli Liguori (Mike), Gene (Tracy), Kathleen Boyle (Eddie) and Kim O'Brien (John); and his grandchildren, Michael, Kerri, Kristi, Danny, Brian, Timmy, Kate, Patrick, Kevin, Michaela, Bryn, Brendan and Kathryn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to ACDS, 4 Fern Place, Plainview NY 11803.
