It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Carlo of Long Beach, New York, born in Rockville Centre, New York, who passed away on October 5, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Carlo. He is survived by: his daughter Josephine "Josie" Carlo; his wife Lauren Carlo; his mother Karen Carlo; his siblings, Thomas Carlo (Cara) and Melissa DeMaio (Anthony); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Carlo, Sean Carlo, TJ Carlo, Luca Curcio, Isabelle DeMaio and Tess Curcio; his parents-in-law, Susan and Louis Valente; and also Gabrielle Curcio (Louis).
After a stint in Los Angeles—where during COVID he, true to form, stayed connected to people by serving Zeppoles through their apartment window—Bill and Lauren returned to Long Island, married, and moved to Mattituck and then just off the beach in Long Beach, NY.
