In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeffrey shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeffrey farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frey (Friedchen) and Nancy Irwin-Megher; and his forever love Shari Westervelt. He is survived by: his sons, Ben Frey (Brittany) of Lodi and Matthew Frey (Megan) of Locke; the mother of his children Rachel Diamond; his grandchildren, Colton and Thea; his brother Timothy Frey; and his pet Sadie.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seneca Community Church (5738 NY-96, Romulus, NY 14541).
