She was predeceased by : her parents, George Matthews and Florence Helwig Matthews; her grandson William Hamblin III; and her half-sister June Lore. She is survived by : her children, William K. Hamblin II of Lockwood, Maryrita L. Wood (Bill) of Lockwood and Michele M. Barrett (Elmer) of Elmira; and her grandchildren, Sarah Beavers Reynolds (Lee), Ralph Beavers, Jessica Hamblin, George Santose, Matthew Hamblin, Danielle Fields, Kacey Beavers, Jonathon Fields and Aaron Wood. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and cousins; and three nephews.
