He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Proctor and Susan Proctor (Elliott); his wife Gloria Proctor; and his siblings, Robert, Arnold, Charles Proctor and Susan.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Proctor (Rob), Tina Radford (John), Gloria Jean Proctor, Raschelle and Sam Brooks; and his siblings, Darlene Proctor and Kip Proctor. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
