He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie White and Helen Seekins (Halladay). He is survived by: his children, Steven Jr., Allesandra, Audrianna and Samuel; and his siblings, Paula Travis (Cornelius), Dawn Byrd, Theresa Shivers, Christopher Shivers, Tommie Brown (Brandi) and Paul Halladay (Tammy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
