He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Rice and Margaret Rice Sr. (Strait); his spouse Vivien Rice (Manry); his children, Eric Rice (Jennifer), Andera Clark (Chris) and Timothy Rice; his grandchildren, Collin, Mckenna, Madison, Bradley and Savannah; and his sisters, Karen Rice and Monica Flaitz (Tom). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home (70 Niagara St, Lockport, NY 14094). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
