He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Polcyn and Stella Polcyn (Klarowski); his wife Cynthia M. Polcyn (Clark); his son Jimmy McDonald; and his brother Gerald Polcyn.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon D'Angelo (Carlo) and Nichole McDonald. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandson.
