With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Prudence Anne Scinta (Lockport, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Prudence Anne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Prudence Anne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Scinta. She is survived by: her mother Viola Scinta (Bucolo); her siblings, Roy Scinta (Annie), Rosemary Rongo (late Thomas), Daniel Scinta and Anne Klumpp (Robert); and her nephews, Phillip Rongo, Michael Scinta and Matthew Rongo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints R. C. Parish (76 Church St, Lockport, NY 14094).
