He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foltz and Mary Foltz (Blackley); and his siblings, Charles Foltz, Veronica Brady, Ilene Mosher, Georgene Costello, Anna Shulock and Olga Dodge.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Allison Pellicano Foltz; his stepchildren, Mario Pellicano (Lori), Mariangela Housel (Todd), Gina Barrett (Bill), Rosanna Pellicano, Antoinette Reilly (Doug) and Teresa DeGiore (Mike); his grandchildren, Allexander, Andrea, Julianna Pellicano, Matthew, Cameron, Christian, Natalie, Reese Reilly, Emma, Jack Barrett, Dominic, Isabella Housel, Arrigo and Gaia DeGiore; and his nieces and nephews, Damien Brady (Mary Kay), Mary Ellen Demidovich, Kathleen Toole, Mary Jo Sahm (Gary) and Paul Allison (Constance). He is also survived by seven children.
