He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Sean Baker; and his siblings, William'Bill' Rauber (Carolyn), Donna Upchurch, Vickie Gregory (Ronald), Rose Crump and Courtney Phillips (late William). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
