He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Carmer and Ruth Carmer (Williams). He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Sullivan (late Pat), Scott Carmer (Jan), Catherine Carmer and Hal Carmer (Cheryl); and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Sullivan (Jess Coyle), Matthew Carmer, Danie Carmer (Curtis Wagner), Lauren Nieman (Brad), Matthew Pisarski (Maria), Gregory Pisarski, Adam Pisarski, Karen Hottle, Susan Rooney (Tim) and Sally Venditti (Anthony).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc. (5893 Hoover Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132-9215). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
