He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin E. Wagner and Florence Wagner (Farewell); his wife Debora Wagner (Dunn); his sons, Franklin P. Wagner and David Wagner (Brianna); his grandchildren, Paige Wagner, Ian Wagner and Justin Delange (Kayla); his siblings, Judy Haseley and Bill Bidleman; and his nephew Gordon Glena.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. (242 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094).
