He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Quiñones (Scirto) and Oscar Quiñones; his brother John Quiñones; and his daughter Sally Quiñones. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Quiñones (Merritt); his children, Thomas (Katharine), Daniel (Robin) and James Quinones (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jordan (Tyler), James (Emily), Joshua, Marquita (Justin Hawkins) and Renato; his great grandchild Molly; and his sister-in-law Sally Craig.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home (70 Niagara St, Buffalo, NY 14202). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Church (168 Chestnut St, Lockport, NY 14094).
