He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Monroe and Flora Monroe (Klingerman). He is survived by: his wife JoGee Monroe (Licata); and his children, David Monroe (Kristen), Douglas Monroe, Casey Willowbear, Paul Monroe (Krista), Daniel Monroe (Debbie) and Alanna Siskey (Dennis). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
