With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy Sue Crego of Lockport, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Cindy Sue departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cindy Sue may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cindy Sue leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brown and Rosella Brown (DeLapa); and her brothers, Al Barber and Bruce Barber. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Charles A. Crego and Cassandra M. Walker (Paul); her grandson Solomon Walker; and her brothers, Ricky Brown and David Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lange Funeral Home, Inc. (186 East Ave, Lockport, NY 14094).
