He was predeceased by: his father Donald Bolt. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Cook (Heike); his siblings, Kevin Bolt (Margaret), Cathy Collier (Wayne) and Jimmy Bolt (Maria); and his pet Shelby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
