He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Devine Sr. and Olive Nedrow Devine; and his brother Timothy Devine. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wattles Devine; his children, Lisa Walker (Jim), Gregory Devine (Sara) and Bethany Penrod (Matt); his grandchildren, Alexis Yagan (Jason), Mitchell Devine, Megan Walker, Collin Walker, Elise Penrod and Cuyler Penrod; and his sisters, Doris Mundy (Don) and Ruby Lois Mikulas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
