He is survived by: his wife Patricia Case; his children, Kimberly Todd (Craig), Brian Kastenhuber, James R. Case and Wendy Sicina; his grandchildren, Kayla (Chad), Chris (Danielle), Seth (Tiffany), Tyler, Alexa and Kolton; his siblings, Winnie Campolito, Samuel Phillips (Rebecca), William Case (Kim), Pamela Dollaway (Tino) and Otis Phillips, Jr. (Cindy); his uncle John Scutt (Sheila); and his aunt Joyce Evans (Don). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many cousins, and friends.
