She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kelley and Dorothy Arlene Kelley (Brown); her husband Donald Henry Percy; her sons, Jeffrey Donald Percy and Wesley A. Percy; and her grandson Dakota.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Janelle Percy; her grandchildren, Skylar and Peyton Percy; her sisters, Sandra Newton and Nancy Shea; and her nieces and nephews, Will, Brian Newton, Amber Mutschler, Nanette Cook and Melissa Josey.
