With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra M. Williams of Locke, New York, born in Ithaca, New York, who passed away on May 31, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Debra M. Williams to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Williams and Charlotte Williams (Creswell); and her grandson Skyler. She is survived by: her boyfriend John Hilliard of Locke, NY.; her siblings, Peggy Morehouse of Charleston, SC, Ron "Buster" Williams, Jr. of Cortland, Susan Williams of Asheville, NC and David Williams of Enfield; her children, Brandy Riker of Groton, Summer Farber (Tim) of Homer and Richard Riker; and her granddaughter Samantha Tener (Eric) of Charleston, SC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several aunts, thirteen nephews and nieces.
