He was predeceased by: his stepmother Helen Halligan; and his parents, William H. Halligan and Patricia J. Milliman Morton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Halligan of Livonia; his daughter Bailey E. Halligan (Casey Brundage); his stepchildren, Michael J. Bacci (Susan Robbins) and Alisha M. Donald (Rob); his stepgrandchildren, Sam, Sarah, Brody and Brynn; his siblings, Jack Halligan (Christine), Mark Halligan, Tom Halligan (Julie), Paul Morton, Nancy Halligan (Jeff Cummings) and Susan Guyon (Scott); his uncle Linc; and his aunt Pricilla Milliman.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Merton H. Kays Funeral Home (59 Monroe St, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472).
