With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Milner of Livonia, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on October 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Milner and Dorothea Bush Milner; his sister Joan Whipple; and his nephew Thomas Morton. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Milner; and his siblings, June Belcher of Zephyrhills, FL, Barbara Morton and James Milner of Rochester. He is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
