She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Brown and Mable Waide (Robert Waide Sr.); her husband William J. Benson Sr.; and her son Brian E. Benson. She is survived by: her children, Gloria M. Struble (Steve), Kathleen A. Cook (Chris) and William J. Jr. Benson (Brenda). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
