He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Harrer and Ammon F. Harrer Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Schlegel (Chip) and Alan Harrer; his siblings, Marilyn Armstrong (Jerry) and Arlington Harrer (Alice); and his granddaughter Carol-Ellen Harrer.
