He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Joseph Kihlmire (Kayla) of Philmont, NY, Jacob, Robbie Benware (Kirstie) of Livingston, NY and Amanda Kihlmire of Livingston, NY; his grandson RJ; his brother Jeff Kihlmire (Pam) of Alaska; his niece Andie Scharen (Kinnon) of Alaska; and his great-nephews, Jace and Rowan. He is also survived by extended family, countless friends.
For nearly 30 years, Wayne worked with the Devereux Foundation based in Red Hook, NY.
