It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen M. Scherer of Livingston, New York, born in Hudson, New York, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Scherer and Erna Scherer (Ramonski); and his brother Volker Scherer. He is survived by: his siblings, Eric, Karl Scherer and Anne Marie Laurange; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy Heinze, Franz, Zachary, Donald III, Lynn, Erna Laurange, Jason and Kara Scherer.
