He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Pelesz and Tekla Pelesz; his son Brett; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Lezette and Risë Kehl.
He is survived by: his significant other Ann (Lezette); his daughter Stacy Vara (Mike); his granddaughter Rylie; his brothers, John Pelesz (Nancy) and Dan Pelesz (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Cherie Speer, Joan Lezette-Miller, Sandy Lezette and Robert Kehl. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brett P. Pelesz Memorial Scholarship funds at Hudson High School or Cairo-Durham High School.
