She is survived by: her children, Walter Czajka (Kate), Joseph Czajka (Michele Sevigny) and Theresa "Terry" Swett; and her grandchildren, Lynne Marie (Scott), Christopher Walter, Sara Elizabeth (Ngojea) and James Preston.

“Terry, Walter and Joe...I am so sorry for your loss. I have know your Mother for almost 2 years. I live right across the street from her. I will never forget the first day I met her. She was such a nice lady. We talked on several occassions. She was always busy doing something for others. We always spoke when we were outside and I came over a few times to visit her. I still look over to her home and hope to see her outside. She is now in a better place now and free of pain. Lynn”
