She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard H. Uncapher and Betty Uncapher (Maas). She is survived by: her son William "Billy" Royal, Jr.; and her siblings, Dick, Larry, Bobby, Linda and Jennifer. She is also survived by adopted children and grandchildren.
