He is survived by: his wife Wendy Carlucci (Mowbray); his children, Ashley and Michael Carlucci; his siblings, Leah Carlucci, Billy Carlucci and Frank Carlucci, Jr.; his parents-in-law, James and Dolores Mowbray; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Bates, Sharon, Mitchell Carter, James and Karen Mowbray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
