He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Dean and Sarah Dean (Witman); his siblings, Elizabeth VanAmburg and Clifford Dean; and his stepson Gary Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Dean (Root); and his stepsons, Darrin Parker, Larry Parker and Karl Parker. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren, also several family members and friends.
