He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Cook (Ann Jeck); his brother Russell; his children, Phyllis Marafioti and Bruce William Alexander; and his parents, George Cook and Ella B. Cook (Schoonmaker).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dawn Edwards (James Mello), Marcy Pectle (Christopher), Gina Marafioti and Michael Marafioti (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Autumn, Madylan, Michael, Charlotte, Jonathan, William, Richard, Gary Alexander, Ann, Debra Macon (Steven), Teddi Averin, Russell Jeck (Barbarann Tantillo), Paula Jeck and Amy Michaels (Kevin); and also Jerry Van Duzer.
