He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Currey and Glenola Ballard Currey. He is survived by: his wife Carole E. Bartschi Currey; his daughters, Tonya Simpson (Ralph) of Roscoe, NY and Carrie Porter (Cliff Davis) of Roscoe, NY; and his siblings, Merleen "Chuddy" Watson (Kenneth), Susan Bivins (Richard) of Grahamsville, Horace "Skip" Currey of Albany, NY, Michael Currey (Karen) of Grahamsville, NY and Alfred "Hank" Currey (Shirley) of Grahamsville, NY. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
