She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Townsend and Joyce Townsend (Hadden); her husband Randy Hoag of Livingston Manor, NY.; her nephews, Adam Lasky and William Simon; and also Flossie Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Hoag, Ashley Hoag-Irwin (Evan Irwin) and Jillian Hoag; her grandchildren, Cameron Hoag, Adam Hoag, Peyton Irwin, Jaxson Irwin and Brooklyn Irwin; her siblings-in-law, Arthur Hoag (Joyce), David A. Hoag, Thomas Sherwood, Cindy Simon and Tammy Elizer; her father-in-law David W. Hoag (Joyce); and her aunts, Anna Kowalik and Jean Ward.
