She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile J. Malone and Mary Ellen Finnegan Malone; and her brother Bobby Malone. She is survived by: her husband John F. Melchick; her children, Mary Melchick, Christopher Melchick (Laurie) and John Melchick (Jeanne); her grandsons, James VanDerMark, Joseph VanDerMark, John Melchick III and Austin Melchick; and her sisters, Marilyn Adamo and Linda Young (Dave). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contribution in Judy's name may be made to the Livingston Manor Vol.
