We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2021, at the age of 65, Jonathan R. Mears of Livingston Manor, New York, born in Liberty, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Fay Wood Mears; his sister Patti Weickum; and his brother-in-law John Miller of Livingston Manor. He is survived by: his father John Mears of Livingston Manor; his wife Rena Mears; his siblings, James Mears and Debra Miller of Livingston Manor; and his children, Daniel Bertholf (Suzette), Aaron Bertholf (Shannon), Joseph Bertholf (Kristen) and Colleen McAdams (Scott). He is also survived by his grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines as set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; masks must be worn at all times.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made in John's name to Calvary Baptist Church of Sullivan County, PO Box 621, Neversink, NY 12765.
